2013 Annual Agency Plan for Fiscal Year Beginning 7/1/13
The GRHC Agency Plan provides a comprehensive guide to our programs, operations and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Agency Plan includes two parts: the Five-Year Plan, which we submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) every fifth fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which we submit to HUD every year.
Our 2013 Annual Plan for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014, has been approved by HUD. The 2013 Annual Plan is available for public review at GRHC housing management offices as well as at the main office located at 1420 Fuller Avenue SE. Main office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.
