GRHC to Hold Public Hearing on Five-Year and Annual Agency Plans
The GRHC Agency Plan provides a comprehensive guide to our programs, operations and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Agency Plan includes two parts: the Five-Year Plan, which we submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) every fifth fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which we submit to HUD every year.
The Grand Rapids Housing Commission will hold a public hearing regarding its 2010-2014 Five-Year Plan and 2010 Annual Plan on Tuesday, March 16, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at Adams Park Apartments. Adams Park is located at 1440 Fuller Avenue SE in Grand Rapids.
The draft plans are available for review at GRHC housing management offices as well as at the main office located at 1420 Fuller Avenue SE. Main office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.
