Draft 2012 Annual Agency Plan and Notice of Public Meeting
The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) has developed its 2012 Annual Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing & Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plan is available for review at the Grand Rapids Housing Commission main office located at 1420 Fuller Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Housing Commission’s main office is open 8:00 a.m.-noon and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

The Grand Rapids Housing Commission will hold a Housing Commission meeting and a public hearing regarding its 2012 Annual Plan on Tuesday, March 20, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Adams Park Apartments. Adams Park is located at 1440 Fuller Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
2011 Annual Agency Plan and 2010-2014 Five-Year Plan
The GRHC Agency Plan provides a comprehensive guide to our programs, operations and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Agency Plan includes two parts: the Five-Year Plan, which we submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) every fifth fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which we submit to HUD every year. The 2011 Annual Plan is for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012.
Copies of the plans are available for review at GRHC housing management offices as well as at the main office located at 1420 Fuller Avenue SE. Main office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.
