Housing Programs
The GRHC currently operates seven low-income housing developments—two designed for families with children and five retirement communities tailored to meet the housing and supportive needs of older and disabled adults. We also administer federal Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental subsidy programs and a transitional housing program that serves homeless women and their children.
The GRHC partners with local businesses, community organizations and individuals to bring our residents programs and services ranging from home ownership counseling to health care education and social events.
