Affordable Housing for Veterans, Seniors &
People with Disabilities
Adjacent to a public park and near downtown Grand Rapids, Antoine Court features fifty 690-square-foot, one-bedroom units and a community room. Eligible tenants receive a federal rental subsidy, which means rent is not more than 30 percent of the household’s adjusted monthly income.
Antoine Court has a preference for Veterans and also serves adults experiencing chronic homelessness, adults ages 55 and older who have a disability, and seniors ages 62 and older. Chronically homeless households are referred through The Salvation Army. Supportive services customized to meet the needs of each resident are coordinated by GRHC staff in partnership with the Grand Rapids Vet Center, health care providers and social services agencies.
