Located adjacent to a public park and near downtown Grand Rapids, this 92-unit development features one- to four-bedroom apartments that range in size from 843 to 1,370 square feet. Monthly rents are based on each tenant’s ability to pay and are no more than 30 percent of a family’s adjusted monthly income.

Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

The GRHC’s Housing Choice Voucher program provides a tenant-based rental subsidy that helps low-income households renting privately owned property in Kent or Ottawa counties.

This program is currently closed to new applicants.


The GRHC also operates developments that serve older adults.
